- 15 min Ab Burner on Nike Training Club app
- 50 squats in 2 inch heels
- 60 donkey kicks (20 each leg) w/ 3lb weight
-20 standing donkey kicks in 2 inch heels w/ 3 lb weight
-20 clamshells (20 each side)
