Anonymous asked: I have thyroid problems and due to them overcorrecting my medicine they slowed my thyroid down too much, which also slowed my metabolism down too much. That is irrelevant but due to that I gained weight in a short period of time and now have stretch marks on my side and inside of my legs. Do you guys have any ideas of how I can help stop future stretch marks and help lighten the ones I have now?

jillianmichaelsintraining asked: To the anon with the deodorant question: certain dry was a miracle worker for me. My dermatologist recommended I try it before trying a prescription deodorant. I applied it every night before bed and then put on a regular deodorant in the morning. It saved several gray shirts!

I’m working a 9 hour Black Friday shift tomorrow (starting at 6 am) and I realllllllly need your opinion.. what can I drink and/or eat to keep me wide awake and alert! It doesn’t necessarily have to be healthy.. it can even be an energy drink. Help please?!

If you lose much more weight you will be under your average BMI, you would be in the healthy category. I only know because we are around the same height and weight.
