I started off by doing 25 but you can do as many as you want. I’m gunna do these exercises today but I didn’t decide how many yet :p

Sorry for responding so late! Well first off, as usual, I recommend cardio, at least an hour a day. Also remember to eat healthy. I’ll give you some exercises toh help get you started :)

but i suggest anything that’s upbeat to help you workout at a faster pace, but i also have a few songs like Banana Pancakes by Jack Johnson for when I’m going at a slower pace.
drinking water is good for you, and i don’t get what you mean by what things it effects. you don’t EXACTLY have to drink 64 oz daily, here it tells you the amount of water you should drink, which is determined by your height, weight, etc.

Eat healthy, basically fruits, vegetables, whole grains. You can eat junk food once in a while, but try not to make it a daily habit. The exercises you need to do is cardio. Go for a walk, jog, or run. You can also do cycling and swimming! and let’s be realistic here, you most likely are NOT going to lose 40 pounds in 2 months. And if you’re trying to lose weight, and workout and such, you have to know that it’s a lifestyle really. Once you stop working out and eating healthy, you can gain all the weight right back and probably even more than you weighed before.
aw thanks:) and yes, jumping jacks are a type of cardio, it pretty much works out your whole body. You can’t target where you want to lose weight, but cardio is what helps you lose fat on your body. Cardio is pretty much like you said jumping jacks, running, jogging, cycling, swimming, squat thrusts/burpees, anything that keeps your heart rate up:)
I’m not quite sure if it’s possible, you might not lose exactly that much, but I guarantee you will lose some weight. You NEED to eat breakfast because it helps jump start your metabolism. You also need to eat dinner, eating only lunch isn’t going to make you slimmer. It might for a bit, but you will most likely start binging and wanting more food because you’re depriving your body of food. You also need to do exercises, you can’t rely on only eating lunch to make you slim.
I can’t tell you exactly how long it will take you to lose those 15-20 pounds, if you work hard enough, most likely you will be able to do it by summer. I’m not an expert on cardio, but I think about 3-5 times a week is good.
your weight is actually healthy for your height :P You need to slowly like stop eating sweets. Like, fruits are sweet and taste delicious, so you should try switching some things with fruit :)! And for motivation, you should find someone who will help motivate you, someone who knows you well though, or you could reward yourself for a certain amount of weight you lost. Since you are addicted to sweets, reward yourself with a cookie or something, lol:)
well good thing i kept this link up, lol! this website gives you quite a few choices of food that help make you feel more full and help with belly fat. and cardio exercises are basically things that keep your heart pumping continuously. Like running, jogging, bicycling, swimming, jump roping, hula hooping, etc. but, doing cardio won’t target JUST your stomach, you most likely will lose weight in other areas BEFORE you lose weight in your stomach.

it’s most likely getting bigger because you’re doing more things for your abs. you are building muscle under the fat of your stomach. you should try to put in a bit more cardio. some good cardio is riding a bike (or a stationary one), doing squat thrusts/burpees, mountain climbers, etc.
you can do it by doing cardio. well me, i go on a stationary bike for about 30 minutes. and those are pretty much the only other cardio workouts that you can do at home that i know of.
well it helps you lose weight, but you won’t always lose it in that specific place first!
no that just builds more muscle UNDER your stomach, i just said that probably like 10 times from previous questions. what you need to do is CARDIO. i gave some examples in other questions you can go here to find those questions. and if you can’t do those, which im sure anyone can…you can google some other cardio workouts.
well, we have told people many times before, cardio :P you most likely won’t lose the fat in your stomach first, probably in other areas first!

Being sore is actually a good thing because your muscles are tearing and if you keep working out and pushing yourself hard, it will help you become stronger and leaner. Yes, you should stretch before AND after you workout, but some people are still sore which means your workouts are working:) You can do squat thrusts/burpees, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and you can go walking around your neighborhood. Your stomach is getting bigger because you’re abs are forming under your stomach. You need to lose the fat on your stomach to be able to see them.
