tiger-training: (very vague, i know.) These are just some things that are excellent to use as substitutes in your kitchen that are much healthier options. Yogurt. I use yogurt instead of butter, mayonaise, milk in my cereal sometimes, and cream cheese. It’s really good and it comes in so many flavors that you can make your foods more varied and delicious. You can find her "World's Healthiest Chocolate Chip Cookies" recipe, she uses that recipe to make the doughballs. I don't remember exactly, but if you make them fat free, they're about 25 calories apiece!
