Things I substitute for other things.

(very vague, i know.) These are just some things that are excellent to use as substitutes in your kitchen that are much healthier options.
Yogurt. I use yogurt instead of butter, mayonaise, milk in my cereal sometimes, and cream cheese. It’s really good and it comes in so many flavors that you can make your foods more varied and delicious.
Cinnamon. Kind of a basic thing, but...

I see to many pictures, ads, and blogs that associate fitness with aesthetics. Oh look, this chick has a flat stomach, she can probably squat 250. WRONG. Oh look, this dude has enormous biceps, he can probably clean and jerk 200 kilos. WRONG AGIAN.
Fitness is how fast, strong, agile, and all around beastly you are.
Just wanted to clear that up.

You can find her "World's Healthiest Chocolate Chip Cookies" recipe, she uses that recipe to make the doughballs. I don't remember exactly, but if you make them fat free, they're about 25 calories apiece!
