Anonymous asked: to the anon that smokes and wants to get fit - smoking is really bad for you, i'm sure you know that already.. but if you want to get fit, i'd stop it. you'll need stamina if you want to be fit and smoking isn't doing your lungs any favours, so i'd try and stop :) also, swimming is great for toning!
