Anonymous asked: Hey - what are your recommendation for a someone wanting to add a lifting routine to their current workouts? I run/swim/bike and feel like i should be adding some weight training to the routine. Any tips/resources i might find useful? I feel lost when I walk into a weight room and end up doing random amount of machine work... Help!
