Anonymous asked: oh, i agree with the anon who drinks whole milk too. my doctor recommended me to drink at least 400ml of whole milk, because my body needs the fat that it does have. But I don't know, every body is different, and for some 50~60 calories can make a huge difference in their diets.

Anonymous asked: I saw the anon question about whole milk. If I eat dairy I personally go for whole stuff. The fat helps you digest the proteins and the calcium. The calories are no biggie. Skim milk and whole milk are only apart by 50 cal. Would you rather digest your calcium and proteins or save 50 calories? My personal opinion. I am a runner and lifter so I need the calories.
