Anonymous asked: I have the most insane leg muscles, I can out do majority of the fittest guys/ girls in my training group with wall sits, squats, star jumps etc. but I also have the weakest arms, I can not do a pull up or a handstand or a plank cause my arms just collapse. What are some good arm strengthening excerises I can do to improve my muscles? Thank you so much in advance!!
