Before you ask

*BEFORE YOU ASK A QUESTION, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WE ARE ONLY TEENAGE GIRLS. WE ARE NOT DOCTORS, NUTRITIONISTS, NOR PERSONAL TRAINERS.

— We will answer just about everything and answer all non-anon questions privately.

If you send us a question that can be easily searched by yourself we might not answer it.

— No question is off limits and we will answer questions on any topic.

If you’re asking “how do I lose weight”, or “how do I tone ___”, we will simply tell you the same thing. To lose weight: healthy eating + cardio, to tone: same thing, but add in strength training and you can find some of these exercises in our exercise section.
