“For the anon who asked about liquid diet: I had to be on a liquid diet for 6 weeks after surgery and it was hell. I lost so much weight too fast and when I could eat again, I just gained it all back like it was nothing. Also my digestive system was a complete mess after it and I was never really full and it hurt so badly. So I wouldn't recommend a liquid diet, even if you do it right.”
