I personally think that everyone’s body is different and depending on how your body is you might have to work harder than the next person to lose weight. How much do you run? You might need to run more and exercise more frequently. Also, try and get away from unhealthy eating as much as possible.
When you first start working out no workout is necessarily going to be “easy” physically or mentally, it takes time to get used to switching your life style around like that (well that’s how it was for me anyway). But of course I can suggest some! Jumping jacks, walking/marching/jogging in place, step-ups, crunches, push-ups, sit ups.. there’s tons more and if you need more ideas I’d be more than happy to help (just message us again!).
