I thought this comparison was necessary.
Guys, being bloated does not mean you’ve gained weight! Sure, your weight for that moment may be a little higher, and you may not look as good, but no fat is gained.
This needs to be on every fitness/weight-loss blog, ever.
Hehe just a few hours ago this started going around again… I’m having one of those bloated nights tonight so this is awesome for me to remember!

During a run
- brain: why are you going so slow?
- lungs: I currently hate you.
- feet: I'm gonna turn into weights now.
- Legs muscles: I am going to start hurting in random places, kay?
- Sidewalk: I really want to trip you in one of my holes or bumps.
- People in cars: *hoooonk* Run Forrest Run!
- People walking: nice ass baby
- Me: Why do I do this to myself?
