I’m just starting out and need people to follow or suggestions of who to follow :)
“I've been talking with my mom and how I want to loose at lest 15lbs before summer this year so I'm going to start running....I know I won't get immediate results but in the past it would seem that no matter how hard i worked or for how long, I would never see anything noticeable. How long should it take? Am I doing something wring that after 30 straight days of honest to god hard work I only loose 5 lbs? is that normal? What can I do?”
I personally think that everyone’s body is different and depending on how your body is you might have to work harder than the next person to lose weight. How much do you run? You might need to run more and exercise more frequently. Also, try and get away from unhealthy eating as much as possible.
