“every time i try to follow a workout, i get really stressed and mad when i cant do it, sometimes i even cry about it. are there any workouts that you can suggest that are really easy?”
When you first start working out no workout is necessarily going to be “easy” physically or mentally, it takes time to get used to switching your life style around like that (well that’s how it was for me anyway). But of course I can suggest some! Jumping jacks, walking/marching/jogging in place, step-ups, crunches, push-ups, sit ups.. there’s tons more and if you need more ideas I’d be more than happy to help (just message us again!).
