lunch for a long day at work ! a whole wheat tortilla with roasted chicken, pesto and baby spinach, a bag of veggies (celery, red pepper, cucumber and baby carrots), a green apple, a mini baby bel light and homemade trail mix (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, pecans and dries cranberries)! I’ll be there for eight hours so I have to make sure I’m not hungry throughout the day!
