“So, I'm very petite (a size 1 and 5'6") and I'm overall happy with my body, I don't have any thought in my mind that I'm overweight or anything of the sort. But ever since I was young I've always had the lower stomach pooch. I think that it's mainly from the diet I was able to have growing up (metabolism.) And I have very strong ab muscles underneath the pooch which makes it look even more prominant when I sit. I was wondering if you have any diet or cardio ideas that can help focus on that area”

There is absolutely no way to target where you want to lose fat. You can do any type of cardio but none of them will specifically target your stomach.

Post-run fuel - brown rice cake with almond butter, banana and cacao nibs, sugar snap peas (I never realized how protein dense peas are!) and some Moroccan spiced almonds. :)
