“What is a healthy weight for a 4'11 girl that's 13?”

Oh gosh so many things factor into what a healthy weight can be and I’d be so uncomfortable telling you a number I’m unsure of so I’d recommend asking your doctor because they’ll obviously know all of your stats

peanutbuttersox5:

Well, a week ago I was 127.1 and this morning I weighed in at 126.5. I was a tad bit disappointed with what the scale said because I personally thought my body looked a couple pounds lighter. I pulled out my measuring tape and measured my thighs- 1/2” less than last week!! So, I may not have lost much weight, but I gained muscle! I love the feeling of knowing I’m making my body healthier and stronger, it keeps me motivated :)

“to the anon asking about differing mirror perceptions: hi honey, it could be related to sodium intake, which alters water retention and make you look bigger or smaller, but if you're really concerned, you should look up "body dysmorphic disorder" and see if any of that applies to you and maybe contact a doctor - but hey, almost everyone has "skinny" and "fat" days, but you are always beautiful and lovely, i promise c:”
