When I was still in school last year I used to do that.. the only time I would eat at was lunch (which was right after gym/swimming) and I would eat 2 small bags of sunchips and an iced tea… I just hated school food and was always too forgetful or lazy to make a lunch then when I got home I’d pig out until dinner, it was such a horrible habit! First what I would suggest is to start getting into the habit of waking up earlier so you can eat breakfast because breakfast is SO important. Here are some breakfast ideas. Do you eat lunch at school? You can try packing a meal like a sandwich or a salad (just two of many examples) with some little snacks (here are some snack ideas) and a water on the side!
