“what workout routine do you do? I'm trying to work out everyday but would like more ideas on types of workouts to do? thanks”
The routine I used to love doing was my NTC (Nike Training Club) routine. I would do shoulder, back, and arms one day and the next day I would do legs, butt, and abs. Now I kinda just do whatever but whatever workout I do I always make sure it involves these following things: elliptical, crunches, squats, donkey kicks, and dumbbell workouts. After I get all those done I go through our exercise tab and look at exercises I don’t normally do or ones I know I love!
