  • instructor: now get in this position and just stack your abs...
  • me: wtf does that mean
  • instructor: now stretch and melt your heart to your thigh...
  • me: wtf does that mean
  • instructor: just do this movement but don't strain your neck
  • me: how am I supposed to do that
  • instructor: do this movement but you shouldn't feel this part of your body stretching
  • me: how does that work
  • instructor: now do a triple backflip and land on the moon in a full split while doing a reverse crunch and a burpee at the same time
