do you know of healthy foods that are easy to eat without biting into, being super crunchy, etc? I just got braces, like, a week ago and I’m having trouble finding a variety of healthy foods to eat and I know I’m not eating enough. All I’ve been eating so far is just whole wheat pasta, chopped up chicken, broccoli, turkey burger cut into pieces, and things like that. I’m just so tired of it, lol. I’m still getting kinda used to them, so… yeah but what are some healthy foods you ate around your first month of getting braces?
