You’re*. I don’t have to LEARN about fitness to start a fitblr, we’ve had this blog for over a year and we never made it to help people learn about fitness, we made it for ourselves to BECOME fit. Obviously you didn’t look at the fact we said we aren’t personal trainers, nutritionists, or doctors. People ask us questions and we try to answer it, it doesn’t mean we’ll be able to help everything they ask. So, excuse you, Mr.Grumpy-gills.

I believe so (to the HIIT question) and sorry I know nothing about the zig zag diet, I just believe in making a lifestyle change and eating healthy. Diets = temporary, therefore the weight loss is temporary.
