“I saw the anon question about whole milk. If I eat dairy I personally go for whole stuff. The fat helps you digest the proteins and the calcium. The calories are no biggie. Skim milk and whole milk are only apart by 50 cal. Would you rather digest your calcium and proteins or save 50 calories? My personal opinion. I am a runner and lifter so I need the calories.”
Well I don’t really care for calories, nor count them and I’m lactose intolerant so I’ll just stick to soy milk ;p
