- 15 (each side) Single-leg Hip Extension
- 5 (each side) Push-ups with a twist
- 60 Chest squeezes
- 15 diamond pushups
- 10 regular dumbbell lifts w/ 5 lb dumbbell
- 10 regular dumbbell lifts w/ 10 lb dumbbell
- 10 over the head arm extensions w/ 10 lb dumbbell
- 30 crunches
- 30 second plank
- POP Pilates: Beyonce Bootylicious Bum Butt Badonkadonk Bonanza
- POP Pilates: Butt Blaster (25 min) Gosh that girl knows just how to torture you!
