You’ll need: A can-do attitude! You won’t need any equipment for this do-anywhere toning and cardio workout.
What to do: Perform as many reps of each move as possible for 1 minute, then go to the next without resting. Repeat the sequence once, for a total of 16 minutes. Do the workout three or four times weekly, and record your reps to chart success.
