about us: we are two teenage girls who just simply want to get fit. we aren't looking to lose weight, but to get in shape. we are NOT experts, so before asking a question just keep in mind that we're just two teenager girls who rely on google to answer your questions. & yes, we are fitness buddies and we'd be glad to have more so we can all support one another.

“To the anon guy: The important thing is: why do you want to go vegan? There is a difference between being vegan and just not using animal products. If it's purely for your health, your motivation would be "I'm not eating it because I want to get healthier," which is a good motivation, but a lot harder to stick with then "I'm not eating it because I don't think you should treat animals in a way you wouldn't want to be treated yourself" (which is, of course, a very brief explanation of veganism)”
