- 20 seated leg raises (20 each leg)
- 15 lunges
- 10 shoulder shrug planks
- 10 bow and arrows (10 each side)
- 10 punch-ups
- 10 over the head arm extension w/ 10 lb dumbbell
- 10 dumbbell curl w/ 10 lb dumbbell
- 5 diamond pushups
- 5 wide pushups
