“You guys are completely right about eating enough while trying to get fit. I limited myself all day and then in the evening I consumed more calories. Definitely make sure you eat enough, but eat healthy stuff. Because I limited myself, I ended up gorging on 400+ Cal on Cookies. Eating enough is KEY. Not eating enough puts your body in starvation mode.”
