“Hi :) well i have been worrying about something and I hope you can help me. I have a treadmill and i run since the beggining of february but lately i've noticed that when i start to run my legs hurt inmediatly and i have to stop, but my heartbeats are okay. It's really bothering me because i want to run more time. I don't have proper running shoes, they're just like normal sneakers, do you think that could be what causes the problem? (Sorry for the bad/poor english e_é)”

Your shoes really could be the problem. You should really invest in running shoes and make sure they’re fit just for you! If getting the running shoes don’t help, tell your doctor just to make sure everything is just fine :)
