“Hello! Ive been trying to eat healthy at home but its very hard. I try introducing new eating habits on my family but they wont listen. I get cravings all the time! Its so hard to find motivation! :( I need help.”

Hey there :)! That is pretty challenging when you’re the only one eating healthy and your family isn’t/isn’t willing to try your new habits. You should try to ease it onto them slowly, like offer to cook dinner some day and make it healthy (just don’t tell them it’s healthy if your family is the type that runs away from that word). You have to find self-control, you can do it. Once you get used to eating healthy, you won’t crave junk food anymore, trust me. & if you eat it, it’ll most likely give you a stomachache or something. If you need motivation, just think of why you’re doing this in the first place.
