“I'm just wondering but do you think jump roping is a good way to exercise? I mean I heard it was a good cardio, but can you really lose weight from jumping rope? I used to run, but I live in Nevada it's way to hot to run and I can't afford a gym. ):”

Yes! It will REALLY get your heart pumping, trust me. Yes, it’s a type of cardio so it’s all good. You don’t need a gym to lose weight ;p, I like to use the poor man’s gym, aka the road and my house. You can always dance, do cardio videos on youtube, if you have comcast cable you can do the ones on OnDemand/xfinity or whatever they call it now, do HIIT, if you have stairs inside wherever you live you can always do that!
