“hii, so i've been eating normal/ maybe a bit more, but not enough to gain weight with it.. but i feel like it's just sitting in my stomach almost (idk if i'm explaining it right) and i'm not getting back to my lower weight. i dont want to eat less tomorrow and throw off my diet. idk what to do..”
Well it depends on what you’re eating and if you’re exercising. If alls you’re eating is junkjunkjunk and you’re not doing any kind of physical activity then you most likely will not lose any weight. If you’re not doing these things then that’s what the problem is
