I’m like the complete opposite of you, haha :p! Just remember if you know it’s junk food, then you need to have moderation because if you quit cold turkey, that can lead to binging. I just looked for tips but there weren’t any good ones (booo!). It depends on what do you think you can and cannot eat. There really aren’t any limitations because you can almost always make a healthier version of something. Try looking under the “healthy tips” and “healthy eating tips” tags on tumblr.
