I think it usually depends on how it makes you feel. For me, I usually stretch before an exercise or I just don’t stretch at all, lol. I like to get straight into things :p

  1. healthyfoodbodymind said: You should do dynamic stretching before a workout to warm your muscles up. But static stretching should be saved until after your muscles are warm (after the workout) because otherwise you risk injury.
