You can most definitely eat healthy without eating fruits and veggies. You can try sneaking them in to most foods that way you can’t even taste them so you can still get some important nutrients. You can eat (if not vegetarian/vegan) fish, baked chicken, try and cut down a bit on red meats, try soy milk/almond milk, eating yogurt (try not to get sugar filled yogurt), etc. I know there are plenty of recipes throughout tumblr that don’t just require fruits/veggies, check out our recipe section!
