“in HS, i had very muscular thighs because of ski racing. As I got to college I got flabby and a little bit chubby and recently started working out more. I'm losing fat, but my legs are getting BIGGER. I want to decrease my muscle mass in my thighs and calves, because they are making me go UP in size, not down! What are your suggestions for cutting out some muscle mass?”

You should read this picture. When you already have some built muscle in any area of your body and stop building it and then go back to training it, it’s easier to build muscle that way. That’s why when you see magazines that say how so-and-so gained over, I don’t know, like, 20 lbs of muscle but they already gained muscle from a previous movie, it’s much easier because it’s been trained already. That just sounded confusing, but.. yeah.
