“I sprained my ankle just over a week ago, and it's kept me from doing most of the workouts I normally do, which is making me crazy. Any tips on what I can do while it heals that doesn't require being on my feet/using them? I do mostly cardio but will take anything that gets me off the couch.”

You can do bicep curls, jabs, punches, arm circles, basically anything that focuses on your upper body. I hope your ankle gets better!
