“TO THE ANON WITH AN EATING DISORDER/WANTING TO RECOVER - bloating happens after just about everything you eat, unless you have just a tiny portion which won't satisfy you. after drinking two cups of water i have crazy bloating. i panic as well and cry sometimes, but when you wake up the next morning, you won't look that way. it's a hard barrier to jump, but you'll get there x”

Personally I don’t get bloated unless I eat certain foods and I don’t get bloated from 2 cups of water but anyway, you’re right, they’ll get there and everyone in this fitblr community (I’m sure) is willing to help them and anyone else recover!
