Sigh, no, fruits don’t have too much sugar. You can take the apple as a snack, it’s just an apple, not a sugar filled candy bar. Eat all the fruits you want.

  1. somepretentiouscrap said: The sugar in fruits is fructose, it’s digested differently and used differently than the refined sugar (sucrose) that you find in candy bars. You’re also getting fibre, vitamins and minerals from fruit which is a plus.
