about us: we are two girls who just simply want to get fit. we aren't looking to lose weight, but to get in shape. we are NOT experts, so before asking a question just keep in mind that we're just two girls who rely on google to answer your questions. & yes, we are fitness buddies and we'd be glad to have more so we can all support one another.

“Hey - what are your recommendation for a someone wanting to add a lifting routine to their current workouts? I run/swim/bike and feel like i should be adding some weight training to the routine. Any tips/resources i might find useful? I feel lost when I walk into a weight room and end up doing random amount of machine work... Help!”

Sorry, I’m no help because I don’t go to a gym! I do know you can ask someone who works at the gym or someone who’s already in the weight room to help you out so you can get started. Sorry, I can’t give you tips!
