“I have the most insane leg muscles, I can out do majority of the fittest guys/ girls in my training group with wall sits, squats, star jumps etc. but I also have the weakest arms, I can not do a pull up or a handstand or a plank cause my arms just collapse. What are some good arm strengthening excerises I can do to improve my muscles? Thank you so much in advance!!”
You should really try modified push-ups (or girl push-ups since that’s what everyone usually calls them)! Also try doing like, push-ups off a wall, triceps dips, bicep curls with small weights then start getting heavier ones, arm circles (oh trust me, these work), and punches, things like quick jabs and just regular punches.

If there is a woman’s boxing class you can take, do it. I used to take boxing and it not only strengthens your arm muscles, but your reflexes will be cat-like within a couple months. Super crazy.
