40 donkey kicks w/ 5 lb dumbbell
20 arm circles (10 front, 10 back) w/ 2 lb dumbbells
25 bridges w/ 2 lb dumbbells
30 squats with w/ 2 lb dumbbells
50 Crunches
10 leg lifts
30 punchrollup things.. lmfao still don’t know what they’re called
15 wide pushups
