Today’s Reasons To Get Up Off Our Arses and Exercise

theroadtoslimcity:

  • because I said so.  (thought I’d give it a shot ;))
  • because there is still 6 good weeks left of bathing suit season
  • because it’s a super mood elevator… and no one likes a negative Nancy. 
  • because it increases our sex drive.  um yay?
  • because it builds muscle.. which will in turn allow us to burn a butt ton more calories when doing nothing on our day off. 
  • because it will make us smarter.  Exercise has been proven to stimulate new brain cells and let’s face it… we need all we can get. 
  • because we’ll live longer.  OLDEST BLOGGERS EVER UNITE!  On average, physical peeps live longer than sedimentary peeps.  
  • because it’ll make us look better naked - score.  <— No really. 
  • because it can help clear our skin of pesky pimples.. circulation rocks
  • because it can make us more orgasmic.  Yeah, I said it and it be true.
  • because it can help bring us back from crazytown.  Best anxiety med ever. 
  • because it’s a super de-dooper self esteem booster and confidence is mega hot and sexy.
  • and basically because we’ll feel like an all-around badass mutha fucka afterwards. 

No brainer.
