

HOW TO - FLAT STOMACH
- If you are okay with gaining muscle in your legs, jog for at least 30 minutes 5 times a week in order to boost your metabolism.
- Eat smaller meals 4-6 times a day. I would advise to eat in palm sized amounts until you are 80 percent full. Never completely!!
- Eat raw foods such as fruits and veggies. Cooking these foods causes them to lose enzyme and drop down in nutritional value.
- Do crunches to firm your abs, leg raises to work your lower abdomen, as well as other cardio workouts.
- Drink plenty of water to aid in digestion and help you feel full. 6-8 glasses a day will help to flush out anything left over in your stomach.
- DO NOT eat three hours before bedtime as this will make it harder for food to digest and leave you feeling bloated the next day.
- Do jumping jacks. Don’t stop at 100.
- Only eat carbs after 2:00 PM
i don’t get why you can’t eat carbs before 2 o_O
