about us:
we are two teenage girls who just simply want to get fit. we aren't looking to lose weight, but to get in shape. we are NOT experts, so before asking a question just keep in mind that we're just two teenager girls who rely on google to answer your questions. & yes, we are fitness buddies and we'd be glad to have more so we can all support one another.

HOW TO - FLAT STOMACH
If you are okay with gaining muscle in your legs, jog for at least 30 minutes 5 times a week in order to boost your metabolism.
Eat smaller meals 4-6 times a day. I would advise to eat in palm sized amounts until you are 80 percent full. Never completely!!
Eat raw foods such as fruits and veggies. Cooking these foods causes them to lose enzyme and drop down in nutritional value.
Do crunches to firm your abs, leg raises to work your lower abdomen, as well as other cardio workouts.
Drink plenty of water to aid in digestion and help you feel full. 6-8 glasses a day will help to flush out anything left over in your stomach.
DO NOT eat three hours before bedtime as this will make it harder for food to digest and leave you feeling bloated the next day.
Do jumping jacks. Don’t stop at 100.
Only eat carbs after 2:00 PM

i don’t get why you can’t eat carbs before 2 o_O
