COCONUT OIL - GREAT FOR HAIR & SKIN
Okay, this is sort of my little secret trick. I discovered about coconut oil while I was in Vietnam this summer, I bought a bottle of coconut oil because the sales lady told me it would be good for my hair so I looked into it and did some research online. And I REALLY recommend this to everyone!!
HAIR
This can assist in hair growth if you massage it into your wet hair, wait for 20-30 minutes and double rinse it.
Weekly use of coconut oil will protect your scalp from dandruff, lice, and lock in moisture.
It nourishes dry and brittle hair, making it shiny and healthier.
This could be used in place of conditioners.
SKIN
It is extremely moisturizing.
Protects skin from becoming dry, saggy, and wrinkly.
Proven to treat skin infections and problems such as dermatitis and eczema.
You can apply it after a shower as an all-body moisturizer. Or add some sugar to it and use it as a body scrub.
After reading this you should head to your nearest store and buy this product right away! It’s made my hair grow a lot faster, and my skin has gotten pretty clear just by using this weekly.
