Family Guy Six Pack!
“Damn you, vile woman!” - Stewie = 30 second knee pulls
“Oh, crap!” - Peter = 30 second lying leg raises
“Oh, that’s nasty…” - Cleveland = 30 second crunches
“Giggity!” - Who Else But Quagmire? = 30 second plank
Hardxcore Mode:
“Peter!” - Louis = 25 jumping jacks
Anytime there is a cutscene = 30 bicycle crunches
I also add to these rules to get more per episode, i.e. - anytime Stewie curses either of his parents or the family, do 30 second seated knee pulls.
