Ann’s Workout 01/18/12

  • 120 heel raises
  • 60 bicycle crunches
  • 60 chest squeezes
  • 30 second flutter kick
  • 30 Jackknife Sit-Ups
  • 30 crunches
  • 20 side extensions    (20 each side)
  • 20 seated leg raises (20 each leg)
  • 15 lunges
  • 10 shoulder shrug planks
  • 10 bow and arrows (10 each side)
  • 10 punch-ups
  • 10 over the head arm extension w/ 10 lb dumbbell
  • 10 dumbbell curl w/ 10 lb dumbbell
  • 5 diamond pushups
  • 5 wide pushups

I hate back exercises with a passion but it’s gotta be done

I love ab, butt, and leg day so much better!

Today was arm, shoulder, and back day and it was very tiring but great! I have a mixture of anticipation and excitement for leg, butt, and ab day tomorrow..
