- 60 donkey kicks (20 each leg) w/ 3lb weight
-20 standing donkey kicks in 2 inch heels w/ 3 lb weight
-20 clamshells (20 each side)
Well.. it’s a start! Now I’m gunna go wash my face, drink some tea, and wait for F.R.I.E.N.D.S to come on!
I know I’m very behind on my workouts and this is gunna sound weird but now that it’s summer I want to tone it down a bit. The other day I did actually workout but I’m not sure on what date it was and I can’t remember all that I did so I’ll just have to write what I remember :)
100 Situps
25 Squats
20 Pushups
20 Diagonal knee highs… not really sure what they’re called!
10 Wall pushups
50 Kickbacks w/ 3 lb dumbbell (each leg)
50 Behind the head arm extensions
20 reg. weight lifting w/ 5 lb dumbbell
20 arm circles w/ 5 lb dumbbell
10 arm circles w/ 10 lb dumbbell
That’s all I remember :p I really need to start getting back into a habit again!

•60 oblique crunches
•25 tricep dips
•20 knee pulls w/ medicine ball

•100 arm circles
•80 side-to-side hops
•70 jumps w/ pretend jump rope
•70 quick jabs
•50 oblique crunches
•25 push-ups
•25 tricep dips
•20 knee pulls w/ medicine ball
•1 min. plank
•1 min. wall sit
