•1 min. wall sit
and like an hour of walking around ha:P
Day 36:
•120 arm circles
•100 jumping jacks
•80 side-to-side hops
•75 quick jabs
•70 alternate punches
•65 bicep curls w/ 5lb weight
•20 min. run/jog
•20 push-ups
i hope i’m not sore from my run tomorrow since i’m going on a college field trip…which means plenty of walking x_x oh god.
This is late o_o
For these two days I only did Thursday & Friday of the Seventeen 5 Week Fitness Challenge and some extra cardio. Disappointing, I know!
Day 35:

•65 jumps w/ pretend jump rope

•15 sit-ups

tricep dips are starting to get much, much easier :P! once I got to 20, I wasn’t as shaky as before…but getting to 25 I was pretty shaky haha:)
Day 34:
•110 arm circles (forward and back)
•105 jumping jacks
•60 jumps w/ pretend jump rope
•75 side-to-side hops
•70 quick jabs
•60 alternate punches
•20 push-ups
•20 tricep dips
•1 min. plank
•1 min. wall sit
