Day 37:

110 arm circles
105 jumping jacks
85 side-to-side jumps
80 quick jabs
75 alternate punches
60 jumps w/ pretend jump rope
25 tricep dips
20 mountain climbers
20 push-ups
1 min. wall sit

and like an hour of walking around ha:P

Day 36:

120 arm circles
100 jumping jacks
80 side-to-side hops
75 quick jabs
70 alternate punches
65 bicep curls w/ 5lb weight
20 min. run/jog
20 push-ups

i hope i’m not sore from my run tomorrow since i’m going on a college field trip…which means plenty of walking x_x oh god.

Ann’s Workouts DAYS 34&35 (05/26&27/11)

This is late o_o

For these two days I only did Thursday & Friday of the Seventeen 5 Week Fitness Challenge and some extra cardio. Disappointing, I know!

Day 35:

115 arm circles (forward and back)
110 jumping jacks
80 side-to-side hops
75 quick jabs
65 alternate punches
65 jumps w/ pretend jump rope
25 push-ups
25 tricep dips
20 mountain climbers
15 sit-ups
1 min. plank
1 min. wall sit

tricep dips are starting to get much, much easier :P! once I got to 20, I wasn’t as shaky as before…but getting to 25 I was pretty shaky haha:)
