•100 jumping jacks
•70 side-to-side hops
•60 quick jabs
•50 alternate punches
•20 knee pulls w/ medicine ball
•20 tricep dips
•1 min. high knees
•1 min. jog in place

Exercises in the Day 3 of the Seventeen 5 Week Fitness Challenge. Boy that thing is a killer workout! And as a little extra I also did:
100 bridges w/ 2lb dumbbells
50 clamshells
30 arm circles w/ 5 lb dumbbell
20 donkeykicks w/ 5 lb dumbbell
20 over the head arm extensions w/ 10 lb dumbbell
10 wide pushups
10 diamond pushups
And 10 minutes of stretching

And as a little extra..
160 Crunches
20 Bridges w/ 2 lb dumbbells
10 Superman’s
10 Kickbacks with 2 lb dumbbell
20 Kickbacks with 5 lb dumbbell

If any of you have the June/July 2011 Magazine do this 5 week thing with me, I can tell you from day 1 that it’s well worth it!

•40 push-ups
•35 hip raises
•30 sec. wall sit

•1 min. plank
tricep dips are sooo much harder than i thought :/
