Brandi’s Workout (5/25/11)

Day 33:

100 arm circles
100 jumping jacks 
70 side-to-side hops
60 quick jabs
50 alternate punches
20 knee pulls w/ medicine ball
20 tricep dips
1 min. high knees
1 min. jog in place

i’ll probably do more later, but for now i’m tired and soo full:P

Ann’s Workout Day 33 (05/25/11)

Exercises in the Day 3 of the Seventeen 5 Week Fitness Challenge. Boy that thing is a killer workout! And as a little extra I also did:

100 bridges w/  2lb dumbbells

50 clamshells

30 arm circles w/ 5 lb dumbbell

20 donkeykicks w/ 5 lb dumbbell

20 over the head arm extensions w/ 10 lb dumbbell

10 wide pushups

10 diamond pushups

And 10 minutes of stretching

Day 2 of the 5 week Fitness Challenge.

And as a little extra..

160 Crunches

20 Bridges w/ 2 lb dumbbells

10 Superman’s

10 Kickbacks with 2 lb dumbbell

20 Kickbacks with 5 lb dumbbell

10 Wide pushups

20 Over the head arm extensions

60 Arm circles

Day 1 of the 5 Week Challenge in the Seventeen Magazine and as a little extra..

40 wide pushups

15 wide pushups with resistance tube

100 kick backs with 5 lb dumbbell

150 crunches 

40 arm circles w/ 2 lb dumbbells(20 front/20 backwards)

3:36 Butterfly- Weird time, I know :p I was just stretching to the song I had

on.

If any of you have the June/July 2011 Magazine do this 5 week thing with me, I can tell you from day 1 that it’s well worth it!

45 sec. elevated plank
40 push-ups
35 hip raises
30 sec. wall sit
20 tricep dips
15 knee pulls w/ exercise balls
5 min. step ups
1 min. jogging in place
1 min. plank

tricep dips are sooo much harder than i thought :/
