Ann’s Workout Day 30 (05/22/11)

45 over the head arm extensions w/ 10 lb dumbbell

15 dumbbell curves w/ 10 lb dumbbell

10 donkey kicks/standing

20 donkey kicks/on knees

40 donkey kicks w/ 5 lb dumbbell

20 arm circles (10 front, 10 back) w/ 2 lb dumbbells

25 bridges w/ 2 lb dumbbells

30 squats with w/ 2 lb dumbbells

50 Crunches

10 leg lifts

30 punchrollup things.. lmfao still don’t know what they’re called

15 wide pushups

Brandi’s Workout (5/21/11)

Day 31:

100 arm circles (forward and back)
80 jumping jacks
60 bicep curls w/ 5lb weight
25 push-ups
20 min. jog

not much, but i walked around the mall forever (like 2-3 hours) looking for one little thing that i never found x_x.
